ITT: Make 2 unique customs for each character.

Custom same to Palutena's. That's pretty much it, make a 1-2 sentence short explanation. Example of formatting:

Neutral: Boomerang: Throws a piercing Boomerang that follows you. It is fragile and breaks if hits.
Cat Slash: Slashes enemies 3 times with sharpened... fingernails? don't ask where they come from.

Side: Blue Shell: Turns into a blue shell and spins forward, hitting enemies in his path with impunity.
Cape Glide: Charges up a harmless dash using the cape to gain large distance.

Up: Cloud: Spin and crete up to 3 cloud platforms that can be jumped on but disappear quickly.
Propeller Mario: Gain a propeller to fly for quite a while, but being hurt a little breaks it.

Down: Mega Mushroom: Turn yourself giant for 5 seconds, but may be a Mini Mushroom that shrinks you!
Statue: Transform into Statue Mario, leaving you invulnerable for a limited time.

That's how it would look like. It's not necessary, but it's far neater than a paragraph clumped together. As more are posted, i'll put them in the OP.
