Well, uh. This is my first team and it's sort of a themed team. The theme is levitating/flying Pokémon with no evolutionary line or "counterparts", like Solrock and Lunatone. (The other two that fit this criteria, Tropius and Chatot, are already in another team of mine.) It's super strange and one of the worst teams you've ever seen, blahblahblah. Haters gonna hate.

I'm not into being really competitive, so I don't really follow standard play... I don't follow tiers. I don't like life orbs or choice items, so sometimes I use multiple(s) of the same item. I do follow sleep clause, though. I just kinda want to do this for PBR. Sorry if this thread's not competitive enough. I just like doing things like this.

Yay for Super Paper Mario nicknames!

Dashell the Aerodactyl (M) @ Muscle Band
Jolly
252 Attack / 4 Defense / 252 Speed
Pressure
Rock Slide
Earthquake
Dragon Claw
Crunch

This is what I would call my physical sweeper.

Slim the Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Careful
6 Defense / 252 Special Defense / 252 Speed
Keen Eye
Whirlwind
Stealth Rock
Spikes
Drill Peck

Standard Skarmory, I guess.

Squirps the Carnivine (M) @ Leftovers
Jolly
6 HP/ 252 Attack / 252 Speed
Levitate
Substitute
Stun Spore
Power Whip
Leech Seed

SubSeed. I honestly don't know what to do with the EVs. Weak against grass-resistant things, but I love him so much.

Tiptron the Rotom @ Expert Belt
Timid
252 Special Attack / 6 Special Defense / 252 Speed
Levitate
Thunderbolt
Shadow Ball
Signal Beam
Hidden Power Ice

Special attacker. Stab from the first two attacks and signal beam to hit dark types and ice for ground and dragon-types. Oh, and it's normal Rotom because I only have Pearl and Heart Gold.

Cudge the Farfetch'd (M) @ Stick
Jolly
252 HP / 6 Defense / 252 Speed
Inner Focus
U-turn
Toxic
Return
Knock Off

I just use him to knock off or poison. Other than that, he's pretty much useless.

Thoreau the Delibird (M) @ Wise Glasses
Modest
252 Special Attack / 6 Special Defense / 252 Speed
Vital Spirit
Ice Beam
Hidden Power Ground
Fake Out
Blizzard

Faking out. Hitting slow dragons. Hidden power is there to help with its weaknesses to fire, electric, rock, steel...

I've had fun with this team, but I just want to make it better.

Considering your less-than-competitive nature, I'll give you some general fixes and recommendations. Since I assume you like the way your team works now I'll just suggest things that will help you to accomplish your objectives better. :)

To start with, your aerodactyl set is trying to hurt things with coverage and a muscle band but that really is not the way to go with something like aerodactyl. Since you probably want a mix of power and utility, try this set:

Aerodactyl @ Focus Sash/Expert Belt
252 atk/252 spe/4 def
Jolly/Rock Head

Stone Edge/Rock Slide
Earthquake
Stealth Rock
Taunt/Aerial Ace/Aqua Tail/Double Edge

It's really up to you what move you use in the last slot, but the first three must be there. I'd really suggest you run taunt since a lot of your team will be steamrolled by stealth rocks, but since you want Aero to try to do some sweeping, and considering your team 'theme' this is probably the best you can manage with it if you want a sweeping set. Plus this is on PBR so you might be able to get away with not having taunt... :p

On to your skarmory: because aerodactyl now has stealth rock, you're freeing up a moveslot on skarm: use roost over stealth rock, it'll help your skarm a lot. You should also consider brave bird for more power since you'll be able to recover off recoil damage.

Carnivine...I know it fits your theme, but I'm going to tell you to use a better pokemon here, as carnivine is both too slow and fragile to really subseed well (even with stun spore helping it out). That's why I'm going to suggest here a similar subseeder that is better equipped to deal with other grass types.

Venusaur @ Leftovers
252 HP/128 Def/128 SpDef
Calm / Overgrow

Substitute
Leech Seed
Sludge Bomb
Sleep Powder

If you stick with carnivine just go for 252 HP/252 atk or split between defenses, since you're hoping he'll paralyze the other guy first, in which case the increased defenses will help him out a bit. You could also run Sludge Bomb over power whip to at least have an attack to hit grass types with if that's something that bugs you a lot.

Your rotom set is running unnecessary coverage moves, but you need a relatively durable pokemon that can help deal with threats to your team. Try this set for it:

Rotom @ Light Clay
252 HP/252 Spe/4 Def
Timid / Levitate

Reflect
Light Screen
Will-o-wisp
Thunderbolt

This is in general meant to help your pokemon survive more than one hit, as they're all really, really frail (plus most are weak to stealth rocks!). I guess you could run another status option over will-o-wisp if you don't like its accuracy, but that would probably work best for your team.

Farfetch'd gets you cool points but nothing else. Go for a crit abuse set and you'll do better, plus maaaaaaaaaybe he'll survive a hit with screens up :/
On the plus side, he'll be critting 1/3 of the time with all those moves, and maybe a +2 crit Slash will actually kill something that doesn't resist normal. +2 Speed will actually let him outspeed quite a few things, and if your opponent's team is weak you can actually see this little guy sweep.

Farfetch'd @ Stick
Adamant / Inner Focus
252 Atk/252 Spe/4 Def

Swords Dance/Agility
Leaf Blade
Night Slash
Slash

Last we have delibird. This guy is really desperate for some power, so I'd just suggest giving him a choice item (as much as you don't like it) just so he can actually do some damage:

Delibird @ Choice Specs
252 spatk/252 spe/4 Def
Modest / Vital Spirit

Blizzard/Ice Beam
Signal Beam
HP Ground
Blizzard/Water Pulse

hope these at least gave you some ideas. :)
