Itemless Classic and All-Star?

I don't have many people in my life to play Smash with, and so am often forced to play single player. I really like the feel of Classic and All-Star (it's much more fun that just playing against CPUs in Vs. matches), but am dismayed that there isn't a way to turn off the items. Could this be added into the next version of Project M?

Also, there should be a way to skip Break the Targets besides SDing.

One of the difficulty options should be replaced with a mode like this: No items, every CPU is lvl 9, no additional modifications.
