Issues with BootMii?

I'm trying to load BootMii, and when I do, I can't use the WiiMote.

The Wiimote goes dead, and when I try to push anything, it just starts blinking, and stops. Why is this?

As far as I know, only Gamecube controllers and the buttons on the Wii itself work in BootMii.

Fixed, plugged my GC controller in, and it worked. Would like to use the Analog stick instead of the D-Pad, though. Ofh well, Thanks.

also you can use the power button on the wii to cycle through the options, and the reset button to select the option in case you don't have a gamecube controller

Does anyone have the problem of it not loading when the SD card is in?
