Issue with the Captain Falcon MU

So, i'm a new Fox main. I've been a Falco main for about a year and a half, so i'm still adjusting to the small differences. A good buddy of mine is a really, REALLY aggro Falcon player, and now that I don't have lasers I am really lost as to what to do in most situations. He goes all out at every moment, and I feel as if I have to run away all the time just to not get hit (Which really sucks since i'm also an aggro player, just not to that extent). His punish game is phenomenal and really just one grab leads to my death. My punishes aren't "bad", but as I am still learning they're not up to the usual Fox standard of punishes. Also, if I ever shield its an instant grab, which again, leads to an instant death. Maybe I am just a scrub, but any tips for either specific situations or general situations? Anything is greatly appreciated! Just trying to get better without my mentality getting too bad haha

You have great OoS options, you're probably not using them correctly, Falcon is basically a sand bag for Fox to combo (even more so for Falco). You have an incredibly combo game on him, try to be super careful against such an aggro Falcon, then again you can always try to out-aggro him to see if it works against him. Anyway, good luck.
