Isolated audio for recording

So I am trying to figure out how to record PM through dolphin. I am using OBS to record and created a virtual audio cable so I can play music at the same time while playing PM without having the audio being recorded. But the dolphin doesn't have a way to send the audio to the virtual cable. How can I fix this, or is there a better way to do this.
