Is using a controller while playing online cheap?

wtf? that's what you use on a console. Using a keyboard is the thing that's cheap. KB DI, you wouldn't ever be able to DI that fast on a controller.

Everything? Try going 60 degree with Fox's up+b or consistently performing drop -*> uair without double jumping in a match.

and the sh double laser on keyboard has to do with the range %. if you set it lower you'll do sh every time you press up. but i dont think you'll be able to run

You can shorthop by assigning something to C button jumping. C button actually registers short hop.
