Hello, I was wondering if its possible for someone to create Mag Launcher from Evolution Worlds? It was a Rpg that was released originally for the Sega DreamCast then remastered for the GameCube. I was thinking either Lucas, Lucario, Mario, or Sonic would work for him. Here are some screenshots of him

Yes, Costume, skin, texture if that's the correct terminology. I think it would be cool, one of my favorite Rpg Characters back in the day.

Pretty much depends on what he's supposed to do.

I mean you can make literally anyone with a 3-D model playable in Smash, but whether or not they'll look right is pretty much all up to the creator's skill (and creativity).
