i dont think marths grab is supposed to reach that far

hmm... that was a pretty far grab, even for marth. The other marth looked like he was starting some attack, but i couldn't tell what it was. During many of marth's attacks, marth leans forward (potentially more than it looks like he does) and this could be marth's hurtbox leaning w/o marth at the beginning of an attack.

Edit: Ankoku tells me it's a dtilt, in which case the above is the case

I've seen Marth get off some insane grabs, but this one takes the cake. I think Scotu's explanation makes the most sense. There are the beginnings of a utilt in there, which basically means Marth was grabbing Marth by the blade of the sword.

thats a slower version of it, but ur probably right I dont think it was a glitch

This certainly is not a glitch. Spamerer is performing a dtilt, and his arm gets grabbed. In the slower version, you can see him extending his arm forward, then there's a frame where he's standing up, which is the grab animation. This is simply a lucky grab, where his arm barely reaches Magus' grab hit-box. Yeah, Marth does have some good grab range.
