Is there going to be a forum for mods on Smashboards?

I've been getting into modding Smash 4, and there's a lot of things in want to talk about. So is there going to be a place to talk about that or not? If it's the latter could someone lead me to a place were I can talk about that? Because I would absolutely love to talk about that. Honestly, I find modding to be one of the biggest pushes for me to play Smash nowadays.

I really hope that changes soon. The modding community for this game is growing rapidly.
There's already about 15 custom skins per character on average on Gamebanana.
Plus, the people of Smashboards need to know of masterpieces such as this:
