Is there anyway to hack the Brawl DISC?

Yeah I want to know if there are any tools that can hack the Brawl disc, there are some things codes simply can't do but I think if you hack the files you can hack some more in depth. Is there anyway to hack the files in the Brawl disc, cause if you can, I believe music could be hacked (which I don't intend to do though...yet) but what I want to do is give the space animals (excluding wolf) their Melee voices and replace Kirby's Brawl Hi with his Melee Hi. Basically just hacking the audio, if you hack the disc (if thats even possible) can you hack the sound files?

yes it's possible, but what you want to do specifically is very hard since voices are hard to change.
