Is there any use for rapid jabs?

The title. I am curious. I guess they can be useful with certain characters if you expect the opponent to shield. But mainly because they are used so little, opponents may not know how to deal with them. Thoughts?

Too much of a commitment for very little reward, does not come out fast, no knockback, can be SDI'd easily.... and above all EXTREMELY easy to punish. I don't see any use for the rapid jabs aside from Pikachu's which is kind of unique since he only has one type of jab.

Not really, they're too easy to DI out of and most have bad endlag.

I assume you're asking this because I asked this question over on the SD Remix thread.

I still believe SD Remix could (not should) do it, since it has been described as "making bad moves good". Rapid Jabs should be no exception even if Star Fox and Sheik has them.

You are correct. I am more like why not on thejab changes because I think it is low priority.
