Is there any tool to directly edit brstm files?

I have one that doesn't loop as smoothly as I'd like, and I'd just like to change the end loop point, but BrawlBox won't let me edit the file at all. Is the any way I can do this short of creating a brand new brstm?

That's the only option I know of.

the end loop cannot be changed even if you hexed it, the audio data ends where the "end loop" is, there is no sound past it

only the loop start exists
