Yeah i'm looking for Brawlers living in NY to play Offline with because even though playing on wifi is alright, I'd much rather play offline in order to gain experience so that I can enter tournaments for singles and dubz. So if there are any NY Brawlers out there, hit me up on SBoard or Skype.

Yep. You'd do best to check the Regional Zones, there are boards dedicated to smash in your region.
