When I tried to save a replay video, the message pops up saying "SD card is full". I know there is a way to upload screenshot pictures from your SD card to the computer, but I'm wandering if there is a way I can transfer my replay video files to the computer? That way, I can save more replay videos on the 3DS and look back at how I did from the beginning.

At the moment no. The replays are basically just character movement data recreated for viewing pleasure. I wish we could upload it though. Perhaps with the Wii U version but the 3DS doesn't seem capable. I know you can watch other people's replays online but...not the same.

I'm guessing you'd just need to get a capture card, record all the replays you have/want to keep, and then delete them off the 3DS if you want to record new ones and keep the old ones too. Of course that costs money though...cough..
