is there a way to play over wii wifi still?

From what I heard their is a way to play on hacked servers I haven't tested it myself
But I mean that's something

Dolphin is worth your time to set up the wii wifi was always subpar

yes you can, i still do. But you need a special build.

I still play online, I did today actually. you need to install the homebrew channel on your wii and run PM through that. Load up wiimmfipatcher and you're golden. Though IIRC you need a different version of PM

That is one way to do it. You can do it hacklessly if you go to the thread that I posted a link to above.

All you need is to add an extra code to your codes file. All I did was add it, and it works just fine for me, although every person playing online needs to add the code to their build.

Since I already made the file for myself, I'll just give it to you. Just replace the /codes/RSBE01.gct file in the Wifi Safe version on your card with this, and it should work just fine.

But, if you didn't save your code online like the guide above explained, you will have to start a new save file in order for it to work.

thank you all for the support but i have one last question, if i have custom things like music and textures will it desync over wifi or am i fine? (also im using a hackless method i dont want to softmod the wii)

It won't desync it. I have a LOT of songs on mine and it works perfectly online.
