Is there a Sprite Based "Little Big World"-esk Game?

I remember seeing a game on a website that appeared to be a cross of Little Big World and Maple Story or something. I cannot remember if it was free or not. I don't remember if it was multiplayer or not. (I don't even know if the website had published a playable version or not).

I just remember that the player had some influence on his world, kinda like Little Big World. Also, it was 2d with sprites and stuff.
