Is there a Smash Community in Washington D.C.?

(at the moment the version of Smash doesn't)

Just like my title implies, I'm trying to make head way with the Super Smash Brother's community in Washington D.C.
In efforts to see what's happening and/or establish a community I want to introduce myself and meet up with people who run the DC environment.

I'm super dedicated to making this work.

If anything I'll start advertising and creating one from scratch if need be.

Doesn't seem to terribly far away. Unfortunately most of it is driving on I-95. And that is no good at any time of day
