Does anybody know of a program like quickhide, but one that doesn't have a trial period. I need one that does what quickhide does, hides entire windows and applications with the click of a few keys.

Is there a quick-hide like 100% free program around?

hmm, which programs are you wanting to hide? I used to use the ghostfox extension for firefox, if firefox is the program you want to hide. Sorry, that's all that i know of 
Have you tried hitting "Windows + M" to minimize all open windows? Or better yet, stop watching porn when your parents are home?

Not using it for porn, if it was porn I would use something like Hide My Browser Free. I'm using it for bittorrents, my parents don't believe in download via bittorrents. Its perfectly legal to download in Canada BTW!

Well, if your parents aren't technologically experienced, you can just minimize your bittorrent client into the system tray to hide it from them (im sure lots of clients have that feature)
And if i remember correctly, the use of Bittorrent was never illegal. It's my favorite way to get linux distros (the file sizes are so big! but bittorrent speeds can get pretty fast...almost 1 mb per sec when downloading slackware once =D )
It's only illegal if you download illegal stuff.

Actually in Canada you can download everything for free no matter what.
Photoshop, MP3's anything all free all legal. A law was passed recently.
In America however that is true, the clients are legal but the files are illegal.
Also if you are on a network(AKA you hav ea family that all goes through one router running 3 computers at once like me) Bittorrent eats almost all of the bandwidth and lags all other computer's internets. Which is why I have mine timed to begin at 1 AM when everyone's asleep.
