Is there a program to generate a match that follows music?

I don't have a gamecube or melee at the moment.

1. I was wondering what it would take to have a program that autogenerates fights /stages between two computer players vaguely choreographed to a song. Not for the sound effects to sound like the phone- not that exact.

2. Is there a way to somehow mute just the fountain of dream music but keep the fighting sound effects/commentators sound? Or not mute but preferentially recognize the music and decrease the volume of the stage music? So I can put on my own music while watching the match and not overlap

3. Is there a place you can get the vods of the tourney matches without the commentary? And in 1080p? The youtube vids sometimes have good image quality

It would be nice if Youtube allowed multiple audio streams that are mixed automatically, but can be toggled individually though. It wouldn't even be much of a bandwidth increase, considering how the video stream takes up 80% or more usually.
