Is there a Hackless Method for implementing custom SFX?

I tried scanning the boards much as I could before putting up this thread - much like how I can run GeckoOS through an SD Card using the Stage Builder exploit, is there a hackless way I can make my Shadow over Donkey Kong sound like Shadow? I already have the necessary sound files and all that.
