Is there a fixed download for the brawlex clone tool?

I checked the brawl vault page but the downloads didn't work. Please help me.

As in the download was corrupted, or that it didn't work properly with PM? Because Brawlex is known to only be compatible with vanilla Brawl.

idk if its news but me and my team got it working just fine with PM. PMXP is coming a loooong ways.
