Is the stage selection random online?

Or is there a system that picks certain stages over others?

It seems whenever I start playing FF, the game usually starts with the same stages more often than not. At this point, I don't know how many times I've had to play on Orbital Gate Assault or 75m, but whenever I start an online session, it's almost always these two.

I almost NEVER see The Great Cave Offensive, Palutena's Temple, or Hyrule Temple Omega version in FG.

I have a theory that the stage selection system may have been all based on For Fun's stage selection roulette - where (I think) the largest stages are set to appear less often than smaller ones. Probably due to the higher chance of every match ending in 4p sudden death.

75m was Sakurai's troll to us, so that's probably why it sits higher in the queue than the other larger stages.

That's just my logic. No clue if any of it is right.
