So, I thought it would be cool to create an Elo-based power ranking for my local area. It would encourage people to be competitive and all that good stuff. I was wondering if there was anyway for my to download/use the smashboards/ssbpd ranking system (I'm pretty sure it's Elo-based) with Excel or something of like that. Thanks for any help!
