Smash 3DS Is SSB3DS faster than it was than the E3 demo?

So I've heard this being stated by random people on other forums, that the final, released game is actually quite a bit faster than how the game was when it was demo'd at E3. Is this confirmed? I haven't seen any major sites report it if it was in fact true.

i believe it is, yes. From having played the demo for a few hours now, it feels really smooth and indeed a mix between brawl and melee. hopefully the WiiU version got the same treatment :D

The movement speed of the characters is the same it seems, but there's a few moves that I've heard have less lag than during E3
