Is Sakurai the dude on the 'Wii would like to play' commercials?

My friend told me that the two guys dat come out in the 'Wii would like 2 play commercial' r Masahiru Sakurai amd Ryomito or something like dat(The dude thats creating DBZ tenkaichi 3). His explanation was that scince they were the most succesful it was them.

I tried 2 prove him wrong but i can't find pics of Sakurai and the ones on google r from several years ago(I know bcause i read the articles 4 the pics.)
