Is Ness a popular character in wifi matches?

Do you see Ness used often in wifi friendly matches? How about tournaments? if so why is it he isn't used much or is used much?

Other than me, I've only seen Ness twice on Wifi

Well, I'm always fighting Ness dittos. Frankly, I'm sick of them and think they're ******** and boring. But I have too many friends who play Ness.

I finally fixed my router using the advice in the ness finder thread, so I've started playing a lot more wifi. I haven't even seen a ness other than myself yet after 30+ matches
