Is my computer fast enough to run Melee?

Is my computer close enough to run SSB. Melee at full speed or at least close to full speed without lagging well enough to play online Netplay? And if so how/what are the settings. Sorry if there is a thread somewhere else on this. Thanks. If you need anymore stats on my computer or need test results just tell me or direct me to the test.

PS is it also fast enough to run PM and Brawl?
PS #2 I don't know what any of the following numbers mean

• AMD A4 2.5 GHz
• 8.0 GB DDR3L SDRAM
• 1024.0 GB 5400.0 rpm Hard Drive
• 15.6-Inch Screen, AMD Radeon HD 8650G graphics
• Windows 8.1, 6.5-hour battery life
