This. I have no idea what you mean by "Switch stages". Do you mean mid-fight? Pressing a combination before a match starts? We have no information, so we can't help you.
What I mean is: For example Project M replaced "Fountain of Dreams" over the "Mario Bros" but I want to put "Fountain of Dreams" over a different stage. Is it possible?

Yeah, just change the texture on which ever stage you want to be fountain of dream to.. fountain of dreams. Then make sure you change all the pictures and the text. You can find a lot of links on how to do some of those things in the DIY thread, if it is not in that thread and you find it later post it in that thread and I will add it to the OP.

I wasn't sure because in brawl vault when they make a stage they tell to put it over a specific stage.

But if you took the time to look anything up about adding/replacing stages, you would know your own answer. It's frustrating when you ask so many obvious questions and it never seems like you even try to find things out on your own first. It's Smashboards, not ask.com.
Sorry about that. It's just the question confused the **** out of me and where ever I went to download something I ended up downloading a virus and crash my computer(literally).

Where are you downloading things from that gives you viruses so regularly?
For example I searched on Google once "Brawl hack switch stages" and ended up getting a link where someone said to download it. When I did I got a virus and the thing I got was completely useless.

If I were you, I'd stick to more common brawl hacking sites, like Brawl Vault. Not everything you get there is going to be A+ materials, but I've never experienced anything viral from it. Look up the .rel files for the stages and get your replacements from there and from our own stage threads in the Customized Content forum here.
As for another problem. I saw the Bowser's castle stage here and at first I downloaded over another stage(which didn't work). Why couldn't I put it over something over other than "Mario's Circuit" stage?

You can, you just require the proper .rel module and the knowledge of the stage name you want to replace it with. Read some threads about custom stages and replacement of them, learn the basics and you'll have a better time doing this.

Just find whatever stages you want and use this to make the .rel module.
