I wanna netplay with my friend, but I don't have a good enough computer to run PM on dolphin. :(

You can play against other console users via wifi/wiimmfi, but this just goes through Brawl's original wifi code so expect it to be really laggy. There is no way for Wii to play against Dolphin.
