Is it Possible to have 2 mods with one SD card?

I want to be able to load both Project M and my personal mod from my SD card. Is it even possible? Do I need two Iso file, (If so how can I do this)?

Additional Info: I use SSBB Iso loaded from USB not a CD therefore I don´t use Rivolution.

The only way I know of is through Riivolution.
