Is it possible to hack Brawl through a USB drive instead of an SD card?

I really want to start hacking again but my computers SD card reader is broken. Since you can use Homebrew apps through USB drive can you use cheat files through it? Also the same with character files.

Yes, just use Riivolution. If you're running the FPC right now (which I'll assume you are) just use this xml with Riivolution.
