Event - Apex 2015 Is it possible to get on a team?

My friend and I were going to team, but he wasn't sure he was going to then he bought a pass last minute and asked me if I had mine, shockingly I didn't so, is there a way to buy someones pass or get one, something? options and advice would be appreciated.
