Is it possible to generate an item as an article?

I'd like to make a "Ridley/Meta-Ridley" PSA over Charizard. Instead of making his Nuetral B be a flamethrower, I want him to fire cracker-launcher shots in much the same way that the actual Cracker Launcher item is fired (although hopefully at a slower rate and with fewer angles to choose from.)

Since Fox already has projectiles I tried replacing "Generate Article: 1" (laser shots) with "Generate item: 0-E" (Cracker Launcher shot) in his "SpecialNLoop" Subaction. However the generate item command seems to only generate items in the character's hand bone. When I put this over Fox the sound of a cracker launcher being fired is made but the item is generated in his hand and he has a few seconds that he can throw the cracker before it dissappears (this seems to do less damage than an ordinary cracker launcher shot.)

I also tried to replace Charizard's SpecialN with Wolf's SpecialN and replacing the laser article in much the same way, but he still does his regular SpecialN, and the item appears in his hand in the same way. The only reason I bring this up is because when Charizard generates it the sound effect is not triggered.

So is there a way to make an item into an article (with or without Hexxing)? Or better yet, is there a way to auto-projectile-ize an item without throwing it and have it start at a specific non-hand bone?

Edit: So I just remembered that the Brawl Minus PSA of Ganon fires that super-scope shot with a fully held Nuetral B, and thought that I could do the same with the Cracker-Launcher, and just move Charizard's head so that it looks like it's coming from his face. So I tried taking the B- PSA of Ganon and replacing the super-scope with a cracker-launcher and the item fails to auto-fire or to obliterate.

Nevermind. I'd still like to get an answer to this if anyone has one, but if not, then I've at least found a way to fake it. The real question I have now is, where the heck is the MDL0 for the Cracker Launcher Shot. I've found the mdl0 files for most of the other ammo in Common3, but I have not found ClackerBullet.mdl0
