I want to get the Lucina PSA in PM 3.6,but I want to combine it with a model with recolors of the Wii U Version of her,which I found in Brawl Vault. Is it possible to combine both?

Is it possible to combine PSAs with New Models?

A PSA simply consists of the animation data and the moveset data (fit*character*motionetc.pac and fit*character*.pac).
The costumes can be used interchangeably as they use "fit*character*0X.pac"
So yes, if you want to use the Wii U lucina costumes, all you have to do is rename them correctly to overwrite the default costume slots.
