Is it possible to bypass the Wii menu? (Homebrew)

I'm running Project M off the homebrew channel (simply because it's quicker than loading up SSBB, picking stage creator, etc). Just wondering if there is a way to press the power button and bypass the wii menu so I can go to Homebrew for even quicker loading times, as well as not have to use that darn Wiimote.

I am well aware that I can use USB Loaders for this, but still would like to play Melee. The main problem here is when I launch most games from a USB Loader (whether it be USB Loader GX, CFG, or WiiFlow), my console ALWAYS freezes, no matter how many cISOs and pimp my wii's I have ran and installed (not to mention, Pimp my Wii actually messed up my USB Loaders even more). Long story short, the Homebrew channel, in my own opinion, serves as an great intermediate channel for both Smashes. This leads me to another question.

Because I'm also trying to learn how to fix these USB loaders, is there anyway to rip Melee to a USB drive? I'm currently using a Mac OS X Maverick (10.9.2), have tried to do this with a Melee iso (1.02) that I found online (I own the game, don't give my poor soul **** for it). I used Witgui to change Brawl from .iso > .wbfs. I did the same thing with my melee iso, but it does not show up on my loaders (even if they don't work, PM does show up).

I do not have immediate access to a PC, so the 20XX installation is out of the question. Please help me! Refrain from saying things like "g3t @ PcizZle 5crUb".

Thanks for your time guys :)

There are two things called Priiloader and BootMii. It's been years since they came out so I don't remember which one was supposed to be better. But they make your Wii load to a menu so you can launch the Homebrew channel directly. And they work with Gamecube controllers.
