so with 1.06 nerfing him, I've been hearing a lot of tales of Sonic being bad now. As someone who touched on him pre 1.06 and enjoyed him, I wanna know if his tales of nerfs are exagerrated or not.

So what got nerfed?

Is he still strong?

Any new weaknesses?

Overall, is he still a good, viable, top tier character?
