ive been using falco alot recently and my friends keep complaining to me that using falcos spike is considered a "***** move".....its not like i use the down A spike alot..i use it every now and then but every time i use it they continue to complain....should i just not use the move at all just to shut them up or should i continue using the move , not to piss them off only cause its a fair move?

Well honestly, I play as Falco sometimes to, and Ill kill my friends with the move too. They complain sometimes too. so i only use the move usally as a finisher, when they have like 150 damage

And yet if the shoe was on the other foot bro, they would expect you not to say anything. Sheesh, man they fail so badly, and even those words can't justify why they fail so hard. I say use Falco's God Spike to finish off the ignorant, and force them into an early Melee retirement!

Yes... Very much so. -_-
Lol, jk. But it is really annoying and hard to avoid at first.
Like the person above me stated, keep using it, and they'll eventually figure out how to avoid it.
I just don't like Falco. :ohwell:

Use it every where. It's nice for his basic dair -> shine, high percentage set-up, shield pressuring, and of course finishing of the opponent. It's versatile and good, there's a reason why it's one of the few moves you can always use effectively with Falco (along with Laser, Shine, Bair, and Up-tilt).

Anyone who complains about a specific move is simply not good enough to not get hit by it.
teach them DI and teach them edge teching. then tell them to shut the **** up and play.
qft among other posts in this thread. there are many ways around not getting hit by it, and your friends probably suck anyways and that's why they're *****ing.
