Is falcon good for competive in project m?

I think so long as you play smart, yes he is. As long as you play smart and know how to play well that any character in PM is good. After all M2K took a game off Zero with CF, and there are many other good Falcon players in PM

Yes. People say he's underpowered, but all the premier Falcon mains say he's still stronk as hell.

He's a really good juggler, has plenty of KO moves and moves pretty fast so you can retreat and penetrate with ease.

He is definitely viable, but he's extremely difficult to succeed with, since he's so volatile, has nothing even remotely unfair that he can do in the neutral game, and his combo game requires a lot of skill to fully utilize relative to many other characters in the game (if you've got the skill though, it hurts really bad).

He doesn't really have 'plenty' of KO moves. His smashes are situational at best and bair isn't that strong. He has the knee, and the potential to combo into it from virtually anything.

I wouldn't want to solo main him in PM but he's not terrible.

I'd say he is definitely viable but it is difficult to solo main him.

If you have the faith in yourself, and the execution to do it, he can almost win tourneys.
