Is eaten PK Thunder still a problem in Brawl?

yes, but not in the same respect as it was in melee....in melee you had to be pretty crafty to get practiced players from taking your thunder away by running into it... this doesnt work so well in brawl because it moves faster
what we have to worry about now is that like ANYTHING can eat the thunder. Turnips, Fireballs, Arrows, PK THUNDER....once people start to catch on there is gonna be hell to get thru

Depressing fact:
If Olimar has stck a Pikmin 2 Ness as he is trying 2 do PKT' u may as well go for 1 last hit bcuz if a Pikmin is stuck to you and u hit urself with PKT, the Pikmin will take the bolt first, bringing Ness ( and possibly himself) 2 his doom.

Not so depressing fact: You can nair or tailwhip the pikmin and it won't be able to hurt you.

Can the pikmin itself eat the thunder? Much in the same way as turnips, bombs, arrows, etc..
Looks like I won't need to chase Ness out in this game. I love turnips.

Too bad they suck against virtually every other character lol. I quit Peach in brawl cuz she sux so much and all my favorite moves got nerfed (turnips, float cancel, d-smash should at least eat sheilds still like rob's).Can the pikmin itself eat the thunder? Much in the same way as turnips, bombs, arrows, etc..
Looks like I won't need to chase Ness out in this game. I love turnips.

I like Peach in Brawl. But I play differently from most people who played her in Melee anyway.

Yeah, but Ademisk, if you are already doing PKT when Olimar sticks pikmin to you, the tail wont hit them and a nair cannot be done.

Let's look at it.
If Olimar sticks a Pikmin on you before you start PKT, nair will work.
If Olimar sticks a pikmin on you after you finish PKT2, PKT2 will kill it.
If he throws a Pikmin at you while you're doing PKT, you can tailwhip it. And if he does it too slow, you can just use PKT2 and ignore it.
Let's look at it.

Yeah, and it's pretty dang hard to hit Ness with a pikmin in the transition stage anyway. Pikmin travel slower than PKT, and you've gotta be pretty lucky to hit.
As for projectiles, just recover from under the stage. Nothing but PKT can hit your thunder, and Lucas' is too slow. Ness'.....well, it's still hard.

Well, you really only need to use PKT2 to recover when you are below the stage which is right in a Pikmin's range. And I dont see how you can tailwhip something attatched to you.
