This came up in a discussion I had with someone which occured after an online tournament. My opinion was it unfair, which he disagreed with - he thought it was fair as everyone suffers from the same latency. I was interested to see what everyone's opinion is on this. So basically, two players have a match online which suffers from bad latency (i.e. button delay). Is it a fair contest?
