I downloaded Apple's iPhoto recently. It's really really good. You can organize your pictures, you can browse the world map to find pictures you took in specific places of the world, you can edit pictures, yadda yadda yadda.
But there's a specific option that caught my attention, and it was the main reason I downloaded the '09 version: Face detection. I can click on someone's Face and the program will find all pictures where that person appeared, which is good when you have over 5,000 photographs.
However, it caught my attention that it does not detect faces of dark-skinned people, specially if the pictures were taken during the night. Due to this, I have to manually tag them...a waste of time.
This really bugs me and this tool should be fixed ASAP. Thanks for reading.
