2 of my other brothers have started playing Luigi, and now I always am getting hit by Luigi's arials even if I know that they are coming. Is there any good way to beat up Luigi or at very least a good way to avoid his deadly arial attacks?

Assuming this is Melee, just outrange him. Work on your spacing, go Marth.

Once you get him off the stage, you should have no problems. Luigi's recovery is atrocious, especially if he falls below the stage.
