Hey fellow smashers. My name is BLMAN01 as clearly stated there. ^^^ I'm a smasher who has been playing smash since smash 64 days, but I never got into competitive Smash until Brawl came out and I entered my first tournament as Meta Knight (I know what a loser I am). But that ended in failure as I was only 12 back then and learned that Marth's counter fairs well against Mach Tornado. I have not entered a tourney for 7 years now, and after watching EVO and Apex this year there are 3 things that I have learned:
- Competitive Smash is HYPE!
- Shoutcasting/Commentatting is awesome!
- ...and Zero is OP in tourneys
Aside from the fact that every competitor at this year's EVO would annihilate me in a matter of seconds, I still want to get in on the hype. Melee is awesome and Smash 4 is pretty awesome too. Me? I prefer to play Smash 4 because I feel like I play better in tht than in Melee. I prefer to commentate Melee instead of competing in it. I main PAC-MAN in Smash 4 because he's me favorite retro video game character.
So that's most of what I can tell about me. I hope one day I can make it to one of these buig tourneys as a caster or a smasher!
P.S. Please leave some tips below for either game whether it's Casting or Competing!
