Edit:
Kham said to do it with two pikas, that would work awesomely well.
and also, grabbing pikachu would be hard because its QUICK attack nad its not exactly across the ground and jab would be easier, but not when theres two pikas!

Im sure youve all read the QAC thread, not written by me, ok today i tried to do and infinite on slow chars , i can usually get up to 10 QA by now, and this is what i noticed. reminder: i did it on my brother , and he could rarely end my infinite QA as i will describe.
so i need u guys to test it for urself because my bro is a noob.

We all know QA does damage to the opponent and makes them flinch for about 1 sec
It takes certain chars , about 1 sec to do a move.
If u QA Infinite on any slow char over and over again, they flinch and do a little bit of damage by little.
If you can do this infinite to like infinite QA then u can use this to own chars like Ike making them flinch over and over again making them be in a flinching frenzy and make them look like they have a seizure

Oh and i works better on slow chars who also have a slow time to jump, that way they can't get out.
If u get tired just jump out of the QAC
Remember I can only do about 10 and idk the effects of getting more, maybe they can get out by jumping little by little

plz try to see if this works for u too,my bro is a noob, ill probably make a vid.

fox can shine out of this .. aww

Well Ike can just jab/grab you out of it, and as far as I know grabs come out pretty darn quick. Of course I could be wrong. hehe :)

There needs to be a limit on these QA threads

Is there really a problem discussing all these things in one thread?

I'm not mad but it's an eye sore at times...

On topic: it doesn't cause enough stun to make it an infinite

It would be interesting to see it with 2 Pikachus on a character.

i could see someone blocking/rolling it easily after the first time. Unless you approach at different angles each time, then MAYBE they would get caught multiple times, but this just doesn't seem fesible to me
