my infernape, he's gonna suck, i odn't know the IVs or EVs on him, but he looks like

level 91
Bold (i know it sucks, but i'm getting him to 100 then breeding him)
HP-252
ATK-248
DEF-167
SP. ATK-222
SP. DEF- 138
SPD- 245

Close Combat
HP Electric
Flare Blitz
Shadow Claw

yea, it's pretty bad, i can't figure out the EVs for him though...or his IVs

just wondering, what's the best nature for a mixed sweeper and how do i get t-punch onto him, and is that preferred over grass knot?

His IVs might be
HP-14
ATK-31
DEF-20
SP. ATK-0
SP. DEF-5
SPD-11

and his EV spread might be 236/150/124 ATK/SPD/SP. ATK

i wouldnt suggest using a mixed sweeper. u would have to sacrfice some ev points from one stat to make another look balanced. the best nature for a mixed sweeper would be anything that increases atk/spatk/speed while losing some in def/spdef.

http://psypokes.com/lab/natures.php

check out that site for pokemon natures. u teach thunderpunch to infernape through an egg move. id suggest restarting your infernape and start breed for new ones. speed is very important for sweepers and max speed for infernape is 346 so u may want to hatch an infernape that 'likes to run'

i'm gonna level him up to 100 cause he'll be the first one that i've ever done to level that much

also, you wouldn't happen to have a mudkip or a the first form of sceptile, cause i wanna put those into my team

kinda like
infernape
sceptile
swampert
blissey
glaceon
staraptor

to me, that seems like too many sweepers, what doyou think

but grass knot can cover ground type, that's what i feel

i mean, i got yelled at on gfaqs for saying that infernape is a better physical sweeper than mixed sweeper while lucario is a better mixed sweeper than special sweeper.....

i mean cause infernape can pull out

CC
Flare blitz
grass knot
shadow claw

and most pokes that counter infernape are heavy...so why i think grass knot is a better move

alright do what u want. infernape only knows 1 grass/ice/water attack so grass knot may suit it well. i personally go with u-turn cuz it brings in a counter of the opponent's pokemon while doing extra damage.

meh, i already have u-turn on my staraptor, suits taht better (120 base attack is nothing to shy away from)

also, most flying pokes that are used are neutral to fighting and have a weak defense, but mostly i'd switch into something else

i might put a bronzong on my team to take care of that...
