That rising uppercut is his up b instead of his down tilt.

What I'm most interested in is if his down b is the parry or focus attack.

Thanks! I'm not a Street Fighter enthusiast, but I love the though of Ryu in the game, so I'm going to try my best to label these moves lol.

No worries. If you want any more help, the fireball is most likely his neutral b while the helicopter kick is probably side b.

After that, everything else looks about right.

Upon further investigation, the helicopter kick seems to be a dash attack. In the VOD the guy get's a running start and then the helicopter kick happens.

Oh wait, never mind, it just looked like one. My bad.

No worries. I actually found something that stated that Ryu had two different voice clips for Tatsumaki Sempukyaku (the name of the helicopter kick from the original series) in this game: one of him stating the full name of the attack, and one of him only saying the first part of the name. It's possible that he could have a slightly different version of the move as a dash attack.

That's only speculation though. Don't take my word for it yet.

Hadouken is his neutral B. It does 5% (about). Quarter circle input gives a flaming Hadouken (dunno what the name is) that hits multiple times (really REALLY weak hits) and does 8% (about).

Focus Attack is his down B. Does 16% fully charged (?), 12% uncharged (?).

Shoryuken is his up B.

The Helicopter Kick is his side B. Hits multiple times (idk how many). The first hit does 12%.

FSmash does 16% uncharged.

USmash does 17% uncharged.

DThrow does 9% (two hits, idk if its 4% + 5% or the other way around).

BThrow does 12%.

NAir is the jab that looks like Little Mac's (I'm pretty sure).

FAir is the angled kick (I'm pretty sure).

BAir is the backwards ZSS looking kick.

UAir is the mini uppercut.

Ryu has two (at least) final smashes. One is a larger Hadouken that hits multiple times, dragging the target along. The other is a super Shoryuken. I'm assuming you get the Shoryuken final smash by inputting it with an upwards QC.

I'll have complete-ish frame data (hit on, FAF/endlag, damage, etc) by tomorrow assuming he releases then.

Edit: are two threads really necessary?
