Incineroar Matchup Thread

Hey guys, this is kinda messed up but I main pk trainer and tend to pull out the incineroar in matchups vs small dudes that combo easily. Does anyone have matchup experience vs ness? I feel like after I establish that i am willing to spam counter the game seems a little more "fair". I assume we can kill semi easily and edgegaurd him well but does anyone have more in depth and specific tips instead of this general feeling i have in the matchup that I can't put into words?
