In what ways should Marth be buffed?

Despite the patches, Marth remains a weak character compared to most of the cast. How can we buff him? Returning him to how he was in brawl would be great.

So about your question. All I think Marth needs to get good is for DB to connect more consistently, fix all of Marth's wonky hitboxes and give him some combos. Throw combos, Utilt chains, anything goes. So long as Marth has a way to consistently rack up damage.
