In need of some tips and some lessons in Sm4sh

I recently have been watching tournaments and streams for smash, and I came to the conclusion that I wanna learn the game. Well, thought I have played a little smash (64 and brawl) I never played at the level I wish to get to. I played matches online and lets just say I suck!!! Out of 50 matches I won 1. I never had such a hard time learning a fighting game. I played sf4, tekken, blazblue, and so on. I am no pro at any ( im nice in tekken though) but I do alright online in these titles. The problems I have is movement, execution, punishing, and recovery ( And tons more better people would be able to tell me). Getting smashed online and seeing my record constantly deplete is discouraging and I want to fix it. If any of you would like to teach a noob something about the game I would appreciate it. Im on the Wii U code ttbeezy.

Hi there! I am an extremely casual player but if you are looking to practice with friends without affecting your win/lose ratio in FG, I'd be happy to play sometime. I really need to improve also. I tend to be a little too aggressive and get punished for it....and those SDs! LOL! Anyway, these days I'm not having a lot of time online but I am hoping that will change here in the next few weeks. If you want to do that, go ahead and send me a friend request. My NNID is under my avatar. I try to get online in the evenings, but I don't think that is going to happen tonight since there is a sleeping body in the room with the only tv I can hook up to. Definitely on weekends! Just be aware I really mean I am exxxxtreeemely casual. So if you want constant competition and messing around will make you mad, prob don't send the request. I think I've already pissed at least one person off with a dual villager derpfest! Ha!
